This 10 minute video focuses on the first five of ten telephone techniques that will help set you apart and above others in the contact centre industry and indeed for any phone based roles. These techniques are based on Awards criteria and are suitable for all centres around the world. The five criteria are:

1. answer time
2. telephone greeting
3. quality of listening
4. call control
5. product knowledge.
